EETA, a facility launched by the Community Action Agency of Butte County has incorporated hands-on state-of the art laboratories and smart classroom technology to enhance the energy efficiency learning experience.
Butte County’s EETA has now joined PG&E Stockton Training Center and CAPSB in San Bernardino as one of three CSD certified training facilities in the State of California made possible by funds through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).The Academy is considered the capstone project of the new CleanTech Innovation Center (CIC). The CIC is a public-private organization aimed at driving the transformation of the North State region into a world-recognized center of excellence in clean technology and alternative energy.
